Adult COAST
All classes run Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays
and are $62.50 per class
COAST Music
9:30am - 10:15am
Led by our skilled musician, students collaborate creating different types of songs and sounds.
COAST Art
10:15am-11:00am
From coloring to painting, crafting and more, this class offers the student a creative way to express themselves while learning new skills.
COAST Get FIT
11:00am-11:45am
Whether it's inside yoga, going for a walk or playing basketball, students get to participate in numerous ways to get in shape while having fun!
COAST Cooking
11:45am-12:30pm
Learn different ways to create meals in this supervised class. Following recipes and cooking safely are our priorities in this fun, explorative class.
COAST Community
12:30pm-1:30pm
Practicing going out in the community while staying on task. We work on following a grocery list, figuring out how to get to and from places on public transportation and outside safety (waiting at the crosswalk, not talking to strangers, etc)
